Ira Gutt manages the firm's Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law Department. He regularly travels throughout the United States representing his clients in commercial litigation and providing general corporate legal services. He has litigated many non-compete cases, often defended trade secrets claims, and provides general legal counseling regarding employment law.
In connection with his national practice, Mr. Gutt has developed a strong network of qualified legal counsel throughout the United States to provide exceptional representation for his clients' legal needs around the country.
