	DAVID M. VOGEL is the Senior Associate in the firm's Trusts, Estates and Elder Law Department, which provides our clients a broad range of general and specialized estate and financial planning services, government benefits planning, and administration of guardianships, trusts, and estates. Mr. Vogel was born in Old Bethpage, New York in 1960. He has been a member of the South Florida community since graduation from high school in 1977. Mr. Vogel earned both his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami.

During his entire tenure at the University of Miami, Mr. Vogel interned with local law firms concentrating in sophisticated estate planning and probate and trust administration. As a result, Mr. Vogel brings to Behar, Gutt & Glazer, P.A.15 years of experience in these areas of practice. Mr. Vogel's specialty areas of practice with the firm are in the fields of simple and sophisticated estate and trust planning, probate administration, and guardianship administration. He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property and Trust and Estates Section.
