Victor R. Garcia
Victor R. Garcia is the Senior Associate and managing attorney of the firm's Collection Department, which handles a large volume of commercial claims and consumer finance litigation. Mr. Garcia and his staff are dedicated to utilizing the most effective means to achieving the goal of optimal collection recovery. In his practice, which covers the entire State of Florida, he has found that aggressive, pragmatic tactics have proven most effective for his clients.
Mr. Garcia attended the Saint Thomas University School of Law, where he was the Articles Editor of the Law Review and member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.
