BRIAN P. KOWAL was born in Rochester, New York. He spent his undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in which he majored in both Political Science and History. He furthered his education during his studies at Wisconsin when he spent a semester studying at the University of Barcelona.

Mr. Kowal received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. During his Law School career, Mr. Kowal was involved in several community outreach programs and also interned at several law firms, concentrating on Immigration Law and Civil Litigation.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Kowal began his legal practice at a Civil Litigationlaw firm in Fort Lauderdale., Florida.

Mr. Kowal is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar Association,.
