IRA GUTT manages the Firm's Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law Department.  Mr. Gutt was admitted to the State and Federal Bars in the State of Florida in 1992 after receiving his J.D. Degree from the University of Miami. 

Mr. Gutt regularly travels throughout the United States representing his clients in their respective commercial litigations, as well as providing general corporate legal services.  He has litigated numerous Non-Compete cases, often defended Trade Secrets claims and provides general legal counseling regarding employment law.
