Mr. Fink was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1959 and was raised on Long Island. He has been a member of the South Florida community since 1975. Mr. Fink earned a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law during which he won first place in the Moot Court competition and an award for Best Appellate Brief. 

During his tenure at the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Fink clerked for local law firms concentrating in complex commercial litigation and creditors and debtors practice. Upon becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Fink continued his practice in the same areas even successfully running his own practice. As a result, Mr. Fink brings to Behar, Gutt & Glazer, P.A. 19 years of experience in this area of the law

Mr. Fink is a member of the Florida Bar, the Federal Bar for the Southern District in which he made case law several times and the Federal Bar of the Middle District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
