	BRIAN S. BEHAR is the Managing Partner for the Bankruptcy Department. Mr. Behar earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tulane University, and his Juris Doctor Degree from St. John's University School of Law. Mr. Behar is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. Mr. Behar has had extensive experience in representing parties in all aspects of a bankruptcy environment. Mr. Behar has and continues to represent Debtors-in-possession, secured creditors, creditors committees, Trustees, and unsecured creditors.

Mr. Behar represents many active professionals with their asset protection needs. Mr. Behar is an active member of the South Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association, and Commercial Law League of America, and is on the Board of Directors of the Association of South Florida Certified Fraud Examiners.
